To use joy9bd, you must meet the following conditions. If you do not, you will not be permitted to use the platform and your account may be closed at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older is required. joy9bd is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must register using your accurate, real identity and information. Accounts found to have been registered with false details will be closed immediately.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be confiscated.
• You must use this platform voluntarily and of your own free will. joy9bd bears no responsibility if you are coerced or deceived into using it by a third party.
• Online betting must be legal under the laws of your jurisdiction. If legal restrictions apply, please refrain from using the platform.

By opening an account with joy9bd, you gain personal, non-transferable access to the platform. Please keep the following points in mind regarding your account.

1. The name, phone number, and ID details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
2. Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
3. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify joy9bd Support immediately.
4. To change the phone number or email registered to your account, identity verification is required.
5. Opening a personal account in someone else's name or in the name of an organisation is strictly prohibited.
6. Any documents requested during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process must be submitted within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in a temporary account suspension.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. VIP members enjoy even faster processing.

The following rules apply to all betting on joy9bd, covering all bet types — including live, pre-match, single, and accumulator bets.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.

• Attempting to guarantee a profit by placing bets on opposing outcomes in the same match (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• Joy9bd reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for any individual.
• Joy9bd's decision on the outcome of any bet is final.

In any dispute relating to odds or markets, the decision of joy9bd's resolution team is final. If you disagree with a decision, you may raise a formal objection through Support.

Joy9bd's bonuses and promotional offers are added perks for our members. However, each offer comes with its own terms that must be read before claiming.

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement. Typically, you must wager 5–20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available once per person only. Attempting to claim it through multiple accounts or devices will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering amount must be bet through first.
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Joy9bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer — however, bonuses already claimed will not be affected.
• If bonus abuse is proven, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

• Money Laundering: Using joy9bd as a channel for money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
• Using Another Member's Account: Logging into or accessing another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Platform Interference: Any attempt to intrude upon or hack into joy9bd's servers or software.
• Misconduct: Abusive or threatening behavior toward the support team.

Joy9bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under specific circumstances.

Grounds for temporary suspension may include:

• Failure to submit KYC documents, or submitting incomplete documentation.
• Suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns.
• Suspicious login activity detected on the account.
• While a balance dispute or chargeback investigation is ongoing.

Grounds for permanent closure may include:

• Prohibited activities as outlined in Clause Six.
• If registration under a false identity is proven.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Serious breach of terms and conditions.

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in a permanently closed account may be returned after the investigation is complete — provided no violation is found. Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support.

Joy9bd believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be a substitute for income. The mental and financial well-being of our members is our highest priority.
